Welcome to Seedream 4.0 ("the service," "we," or "platform"). By accessing or using our AI-powered image generation and editing service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

Seedream 4.0 provides the following core services:

• AI Image Generation: Creating high-quality 2K images from text prompts
• Multi-Modal Editing: Advanced image editing with object replacement, style transfer, and context-aware modifications
• Reference Image Processing: Using uploaded images as reference for generation and editing
• Batch Generation: Creating multiple image variations from a single prompt
• High-Resolution Output: Providing 2K and 4K quality images for professional use
• Commercial Licensing: Full commercial usage rights for generated content

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• Each user may only register one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for protecting the security of your account password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• If you discover unauthorized account access, please contact us immediately
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate suspicious accounts

To protect users and comply with applicable laws, our AI models and safety systems are designed to refuse generating content that is infringing, illegal, or NSFW. Attempts to bypass these protections are prohibited.

Permitted Use

• Generate images from text prompts for personal, creative, or commercial use
• Upload reference images that you have rights to use
• Download and use generated images with full commercial rights
• Create multiple variations and batch generations
• Use generated content in compliance with applicable laws

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable
• Create images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Generate content depicting real people without consent
• Use the service for creating deepfakes or misleading content
• Attempt to bypass or compromise the service's security measures
• Engage in activities that may damage the service's operation
• Use the service in excessive bulk or automated ways without authorization
• Resell or redistribute service access rights
• Generate content for illegal activities or purposes

Prohibited Products and Services

The following products and services are strictly prohibited on our platform and in any use of Seedream 4.0. This list mirrors payment partner requirements and may be updated at any time. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Sexually oriented or pornographic content of any kind, including NSFW chatbots
• IPTV services; dating sites; marketplaces that resell third‑party products
• Physical goods of any kind; counterfeit goods
• Spyware, stalkerware, or parental control apps intended to surveil others
• Donations or charity where no product exists or price exceeds product value
• Products/content without proper licenses or IP rights; PLR/MRR products
• Any products restricted by payment processors or applicable laws
• Illegal or age‑restricted products: drugs and paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products
• Regulated products/services: CBD, gambling, weapons, ammunition, pay‑to‑play auctions, sweepstakes, lotteries
• Financial/regulated services: real estate, mortgage, lending, telemarketing, cellular/communication services, door‑to‑door sales, bankruptcy, legal, merchant services, debt‑relief, collections, banking/financing, currency exchange, warranties
• Timeshares; pharmacies, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals
• Homework/essay mills; multi‑level marketing, pyramid, or IBO schemes
• NFT & crypto asset products
• Any other products/services deemed too risky by us or our providers

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or reverse transactions that violate these restrictions. If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, please contact support@seedream4.top before using the service.

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plans: Basic, Standard, and Pro tiers with monthly credit allocations
• Yearly Plans: Discounted annual subscriptions
• Credit Reset: Monthly credits reset each billing cycle unless otherwise stated

One-Time Credit Packages

• Basic Pack: Sized for occasional use
• Standard Pack: Sized for regular creators
• Validity: One-time credits do not expire under normal circumstances; if future policy changes are necessary, we will notify users in advance

Payment Terms

• All fees are processed securely through our payment partner Creem
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in My Account
• Each generated image consumes 1 credit from your account
• Prices may change; updated pricing applies to future purchases
• Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our support review

Credit Usage

• Credits are automatically deducted when you generate images
• You can check your credit balance in your account dashboard
• Additional credits can be purchased at any time
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Your Content

• You retain all rights to your uploaded reference images
• You own full commercial rights to generated images
• You grant us permission to process your inputs to provide the service
• You ensure you have necessary rights to any uploaded content
• Generated images can be used for any legal commercial purpose

Our Intellectual Property

• The service's technology, software, and design belong to us
• AI models and algorithms are protected by intellectual property rights
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology
• The "Seedream" trademark and brand belong to us
• Our training data and model weights are proprietary

Service Level

• We aim to provide stable service, but availability is not guaranteed
• Image generation time varies based on workload and prompt complexity
• Support for high-resolution outputs (2K/4K where available)
• Multiple image generation options
• Image quality may vary depending on inputs and settings

Service Limitations

• Reference image file size limit of 10MB
• Maximum 10 images per batch generation
• Rate limits may apply during peak usage
• We reserve the right to limit usage to ensure fair access
• Some prompts may be filtered for content policy compliance

Your privacy is important to us. Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Reference images are stored only for processing and are regularly purged
• Original uploads are removed during regular cleanups
• Generated images are stored to enable download and account history
• We do not use your content to train our models or for other purposes
• All data processing complies with applicable privacy regulations

Service "As Is"

• We do not guarantee the service is completely error-free or uninterrupted
• AI generation results may vary based on prompt quality and complexity
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of generated content
• External AI model dependencies may occasionally affect service performance
• Generated images may not always match user expectations perfectly

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid
• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
• You assume the risk of using generated content

Your Termination Rights

• You may stop using the service at any time
• You may request deletion of your account and related data
• Subscription cancellation does not immediately terminate service access

Our Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abusing the service or affecting other users
• Long-term inactive accounts

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service provider is located.
